Samuel Staples (b. Canada) is a curator, writer, and editor based in Berlin. Working across exhibitions, publishing, and criticism, he has developed various projects with artists including Jon Rafman, Tobias Spichtig, Anna Uddenberg, H.R. Giger, and Mire Lee. From 2022 to 2023, he was Curatorial Assistant at Schinkel Pavillon, Berlin, where he also presented the Berlin launch of The Opioid Crisis Lookbook with Bjarne Melgaard. In 2026 he joined the editorial team at Texte Zur Kunst.
